The Clarity Transfers works in conjunction with business partners, attorneys, and other professionals that make up our successful team. This team, coupled with our vast network of resort contacts, negotiate the release of your timeshare ownership, along with any related financial obligations, using proprietary strategies, relationships, and the information provided by our client, to 100% close out your timeshare. The timeshare interest itself will transfer back to the resort company, with the owner will be free from all current and future obligations.
Great question! No, under our After-Pay plan we do not receive any payment until after the resort closing service is delivered and the client is successfully out of their timeshare. This is done in one of two ways, with the first being through an escrow plan, conducted / held with Escrow(.)com, in order to keep both parties involved safe yet secure. The second, is through our Promissory Note. We're the only company to offer a promissory note option, which is a legally binding document requiring your sworn promise of your intent to pay once services are delivered. No funds need to be deposited with a promissory note, only a signature, witness, and notary public are required.
We're able to successfully end either type of ownership for the majority of resorts, rather paid off or mortgaged, and our eligible resorts can be found online by submitting your resort details. Our list currently has around 1300 resorts that we accept for resort closing services.
We are a zero-risk company. We don't require money upfront, we offer three guarantees, three forms of proof of services once exited, flat rate pricing, and so much more. We never take payment over the phone, and will never ask for your payment information. We don't require SSN or other private details about yourself. We use third party partnerships for both escrow, and payment, giving you extra layers of security.
